International Association Educational Trip & Association Day Event
• Analysis of international associations who have potential to hold their event in Reykjavik, Iceland in the future.
• Branded invitations sent to over 135 relevant international and European Associations to attend the fam trip and Association Day Event.
• 15 International association representatives attended, a further 16 wanted to attend the next year due to prior commitments at the time.
• Association Day event was held in Reykjavik, focusing on the destination, current Association industry trends, a case study/presentation from recently held international conference in Reykjavik and current issues affecting the Association meetings sector. Gala dinner and tours were also included.

We have recently conducted our second Sales Mission to UK and for the second time we fully relied on Sue to make it happen from updating our top accounts list, to setting up meetings, securing venues for private events, to taking care of all travel logistics and most importantly, keeping our clients engaged and excited to learn about Washington, DC and looking forward to meeting us. It is hard for a destination as remote as one in the US to stay on top of UK MICE. A local person with the knowledge of the industry, strong connections, impeccable reputation and work ethic and a lovely personality on top of that is a key to a successful mission or representation. We were lucky to find that and more in Sue who not only helped us organize the mission and achieve our goals, but also personally joined on calls and drove us to most remote locations to make the trip for us and partners as easy as possible. We received great feedback from all our participating partners and wishes to make this mission and annual event.
